Include carton packing density early; soft-touch scuffs if trays are too tight.
Ask for a coating stack sample on the real board stock—spot UV on soft-touch behaves differently than on linen.
Lock structure (tuck vs two-piece) before coatings. Soft-touch + heavy foil needs stronger board to avoid wrinkling.
