All artwork, game‑rule designs, trademarks, graphic files and creative content submitted by clients remain 100% the intellectual property of our customers.

We strictly respect and safeguard client‑owned IP rights:

‑ We shall not reproduce, reuse or distribute client‑provided designs for any third‑party projects without written client authorization.

‑ Client‑finished game projects, proprietary artwork and brand‑related materials will never be displayed on our official website, social‑media channels, catalogues or exhibition booths, unless formal written approval is obtained from the client.

‑ Project references for existing clients will only be shared after a signed Non‑Disclosure Agreement.

For tooling, moulds and printing plates paid for by the client, all relevant intellectual‑property interests belong exclusively to the client. These assets will not be applied to orders for other customers.

Upon client request, we are able to provide factual production‑related documentation to support clients’ anti‑piracy and anti‑infringement enforcement actions.

It remains the client’s responsibility to confirm that all supplied design files do not infringe upon third‑party intellectual‑property rights.
