Strict confidentiality is our standard operating rule for every custom‑development project.

We are willing to sign Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDA) prior to receiving your confidential design, quotation or project information.

Internal Confidential Controls

‑ Client‑confidential design files are accessible only to assigned project managers and relevant engineering staff.

‑ Confidential physical samples, rejected prototypes and printed drafts will be securely disposed of to prevent leakage.

‑ Photography is restricted on production lines running confidential client projects; site visitors are prohibited from photographing client‑specific products.

‑ Confidentiality obligations extend to our employees and qualified subcontract partners.

NDA Practice

‑ We accept your custom NDA template. Our standard NDA document will be provided during formal project communication upon request.

‑ Confidential information covers game concepts, artwork files, BOM details, quotations, sampling data and commercial project plans.

‑ Confidential obligations survive project completion. Upon request, we can return or permanently destroy all your confidential materials.
